Scope and client agreements

These website terms apply to the website operated by A Plus Emergency Credit Repair, LLC (“A+,” “we,” “us”). The website provides information about our services and ways to contact us, book a consultation, and access the client portal. Browsing or booking a consultation does not enroll you in paid credit repair services or authorize a charge. Paid services require a separate written client agreement. That agreement describes your services, fees, payment timing, and cancellation and refund provisions, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not amend an existing signed client agreement.

Our services and information

Our services include credit report analysis, support for eligible disputes, credit education, and guidance based on a client’s circumstances. Website information is general educational information and does not replace individual legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not promise a particular score increase, deletion, loan approval, or completion date. Accurate, current negative information cannot lawfully be removed simply because it is unfavorable. Client stories describe individual experiences; results differ.

Fees, cancellations, and consumer rights

Refer to your written client agreement for the complete service description, total charges, billing terms, any third-party monitoring costs, and applicable refund provisions. This website does not create a new payment authorization or a blanket no-refund policy. Federal credit repair law provides a right to cancel a credit repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing. Use the cancellation notice provided with your agreement and retain a copy. Contact us if you need assistance locating that notice. Applicable advance-payment restrictions and other consumer protections continue to apply. Nothing in these terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. These website terms are not a substitute for the required client contract and disclosures.

Your use of the website and portal

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, submit documents you are not authorized to use, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or use it to obtain other people’s private information. Keep portal credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Submit Social Security numbers, credit reports, and identification documents through the DisputeFox client portal rather than ordinary email or text.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. We record telephone calls and send service communications and marketing texts and emails. A website visit alone does not provide marketing consent or replace any required call-recording notice or consent. To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP or contact us; use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or email info@aplusemergencycreditrepair.com. Message and data rates may apply. Contact us before a call if you have questions about recording or prefer written communication.

Content, testimonials, and feedback

Website text, design, logos, images, and videos belong to us or their respective owners and licensors. You may view and print content for your personal use; other reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Private inquiries and client documents are not public submissions, and sending them does not grant an unrestricted advertising or resale license. Separate permission is needed to use a client’s private documents, photograph, or story in marketing. Nothing here restricts honest reviews, complaints, reports to authorities, or other legally protected speech.

Third-party services

The website uses or links to services such as Calendly, DisputeFox, Vimeo, and payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review their terms when using them. A link is not a promise about another provider’s availability or performance. Contact us about problems relating to services we provide.

Availability and corrections

We may maintain or update the website, and access may occasionally be interrupted. We may correct errors in website information. Website updates do not retroactively change a signed client agreement, authorize additional charges, or remove consumer rights. Contact us if information appears incorrect or you need help accessing it.

Questions and disputes

Contact info@aplusemergencycreditrepair.com with website questions or concerns. These website terms do not add a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, special dispute venue, or new cap on liability. Any dispute provisions in a separate signed agreement remain subject to that agreement and applicable law. Contacting us does not restrict your right to seek legal advice, file a complaint, or exercise statutory rights.
